I have one German shepherd from a breeder, I rescued her sister at 4 months and I just rescued another female shepherd at 6 months. I’m having difficulty combining my girls. Please help

My girls are very energetic when we get home, love to jump and give kisses however the one will nip your nose a little bit until they calm down then they play very well with each other and the cats. Then are very happy to chill in my lap or in their bed.
