Refund policy
The Pupford Promise is our 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note we only offer returns for exchange or store credit.

You will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package through our customer portal. All return requests should be submitted through our customer portal.
If you opted-in to Checkout+, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit for free!
If you opted out of Checkout+, no worries! You are still able to submit your return through our portal. However, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Return labels should be purchased through our customer portal. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We do our best to ensure your items arrive to you safely but sometimes things happen. If you utilized our Checkout+ feature, rest assured that your package is protected! With package protection, in the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit, we will replace it free of charge. Please inspect your order upon reception and submit a claim immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
