Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://pupford.com website and/or web application(s) operated by Pupford, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Collection and Use of Personal Information
We collect personal information from you to provide an efficient, meaningful and customized experience for you on the Site and/or app.
We collect the following personal information from you:
Contact Information such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number and potentially other data as well.
If you use our mobile application we may collect your phone number and the unique device id number. If you tell us where you are (e.g., by allowing your mobile device to send us your location), we may store and use that information to provide you with location-based information and advertising.
- Billing Information such as credit card number and billing address
- Unique Identifiers such as user name, account number and password
- Preferences Information such as product wish lists, order history and marketing preferences
- Email addresses of friends or other people you would like us to contact
- User’s date of birth and gender
- Information in connection with your voluntary participation in a research study
- Your phone number will not be used for marketing purposes unless you opt-in to the service purposefully.

Your IP address, time and date of visit, browser type, referring/exit pages, operating system, agent version, platform, SDK version, timestamp, API key (identifier for application), application version, device identifier, iOS Identifier for Advertising, iOS Identifier for Vendors, Media Access Control (MAC) address, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), Model, manufacture and OS version of device, session start/stop time, locale (specific location where a given language is spoken), time zone, and network status (WiFi, etc.).
We may log this information for system administration and improvement, order verification, marketing and system troubleshooting purposes.

Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule, indicated on your order confirmation page and in your personal account section of the website.
Intended for Users Over 13
The Web Site is intended for use by individuals 13 years of age or older. The Web Site is not directed for use by children under the age of 13. Users under the age of 13 should get the assistance of a parent or guardian to use this site.
Shipping
All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Pupford shipping policies. In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 6- days from receipt of the shipping confirmation email. Returns are available, but shipping cost on returns in cases that don’t relate to defective or damaged product are the responsibility of the buyer.

Pupford, LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Pupford, LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Programs and Affiliates
Earning programs and opportunities (Including, but not limited to, the affiliate program, perks program, etc.) are offered on the site and are given as a special benefit to members and customers. As such, points earned may be removed if deemed by the site to be unlawfully or inappropriately obtained. Programs and points may be added, paused, discontinued or deleted at any time by the company if deemed necessary or in the best interest of the continuance of business.
Gift Cards and Store Credit
Treat gift cards as cash. Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen. This card is redeemable for merchandise only and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Redeemable on the pupford.com website only. Valid two years from the date of purchase.
Digital Products, 1 on 1 and Group Training Programs and Online Training Program
Pupford offers online dog training programs that are designed for educational purposes only. These programs are not a substitute for, nor do they replace, the advice, diagnosis, or treatment consultation of a veterinarian. Nor do they replace an in-person consultation with a certified trainer.
If you have any concerns or questions about your dog’s anxiety, you should always consult with a veterinarian or veterinary behaviourist.
NO GUARANTEE – Every dog is different. We cannot offer you any guarantee about the elimination or modification of behaviours. Further, you acknowledge that dog training will not provide exact results and that failure to follow the advice given to them by Pupford may result in the escalation of behaviour and training issues.
Additionally, you understand that Pupford and its employees, are not veterinary or medical professionals and do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, nor recommend treatment, medications or nutrition.
Emergencies will be taken into consideration. Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment, or cancel within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment time, will be required to pay for a one-hour session. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN but unused sessions may be applied towards future training sessions within a six-month period of time from date of purchase.
“Trainer” agrees to instruct the “Client” in its philosophies and preferred method of training for the amount of time allocated to the session. Client agrees that Pupford LLC, Trainers working with Pupford LLC are in no way
responsible for the behavior of the animal during or following all sessions. Trainer does not guarantee specific results, but does guarantee to provide the services as described in this contract. Trainer agrees to provide lessons for Client and Dog on a lesson-by-lesson basis, the goal being to teach Client how to train and work with Dog. Trainer will make every reasonable effort to help Client achieve training and behavior modification goals but makes no guarantee of Dog’s performance or behavior as a result of providing professional animal behavior consultation. Client understands that he/she and members of the household must follow Trainer’s instructions without modification, work with dog daily as recommended, and constantly reinforce training being given to Dog.
If at any time during a session a Pupford LLC members or employee or trainers working with Pupford, feels the animal is ill, abused, or exhibiting any behaviors that interfere with teaching methods or endanger the health and safety of any
participants or bystander, including the animal, OR Pupford representatives, or feels that the Client has motives, goals, or demands that are not in concert with the Association of Pet Dog Trainer’s or Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers Code of Ethics, our representative may abort the session, alter the service selection, and/or alter the length of the session at the expense of the Client.
If Dog causes property damage, or bites or injures any dog, animal or person (including but not limited to Trainer and Trainer’s agents), during or after the term of this Agreement, then Client agrees to pay all resulting losses and damages suffered or incurred, and to defend and indemnify Pupford and Pupford Trainers, including its agents, from any resulting claims, demands, lawsuits, losses, costs or expenses, including attorney fees. If Dog is injured in a
fight or in any other manner during or after the term of the Agreement, Client assumes the risk and agrees that Pupford, Pupford trainers, or its agents, should not be held responsible for any resulting injuries, losses, damages, costs or expenses.
By using this website and signing up for paid training programs with Pupford LLC, I understand that every animal reacts in a different manner to training and that animals are by nature unpredictable. Therefore training requires full attention and total awareness at all times. Animals may, without warning, cause injury to humans and/or other animals and I, the undersigned as RELEASOR, in consideration of Pupford LLC and trainers working with Pupford as the RELEASEE, release and indemnify the RELEASEE’s owners, heirs, executors, administrators, successors, employees, agents, directors, officers and anyone acting in the scope of business as a representative of Pupford LLC as to attacks, bites, kicks, scrapes, scratches, mauling or all of the above, by animals to any persons or animals including my own, before, during and after any sessions with Pupford personnel or trainers working with Pupford LLC. This contract may not be changed orally.
Shipping Protection
Pupford allows customers to buy additional shipping protection for all orders, covering loss, damage, or theft while your item is en route or just. after delivery when we track the package. We will take the hassle out of the equation, and handle everything from replacement costs to shipping labels when things go wrong. All you have to do is submit a quick claim with our customer service team, and they'll get to work for you. How do you file a claim with Route Insurance? All you need is your email address and your Order ID! Just send a message to our team here.
Subscriptions
When you set up an auto-shipment/subscription plan on the website or in the App, a purchase will be applied to your account at the end of each designated period that you determine when setting up the subscription. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime in your account settings when you login.
Text Message / SMS Marketing
By signing up via text, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g. cart reminders) from {company name} at the cell number used when signing up. Changes and Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to notify you via the your contact information provided. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
We also reserve the right to cancel service at any time. You are responsible for charges or debts you incur prior to cancellation.
