How to Use Black Light
Turn off the lights (works best at night) and then turn on the Black Light.

My puppy peed on the carpet during the evening. In the dark I turned on the flashlight urine detector to shine on the area where she peed. The UV light was barely visible and didn't register the pee area at all.
